Registration Form for Sparks – Brownies – Guides:
REGISTRATION NUMBERS – PLEASE NOTE BELOW :
Each session has a MAX 120 girls. This means:
For Sparks & Brownies – 24 patrols of 5 girls + 1 Guider MAXIMUM
For Guides – 18 patrols of 7 girls + 1 Guider MAXIMUM
Event will be at Sullivan Hall – 6306 152nd Street, Surrey
You must register FULL patrols for this event please.
Additional Guiders will be permitted to attend, provided there is space available once registration closes. Registration priority must go to the girls.
We will have a “Will Call” list for the additional Guiders. This list will be served on a first come, first served basis AFTER registration closes and our registrar determines how many “empty” spaces we have available. For additional Guiders, please be sure to add any names to our “Will Call” list when you register your unit, so we can call these Guiders promptly once Girl registration is confirmed.
Cost is $8.00 per girl – Cheques payable to GGC – Fraser Skies Area – note your unit # on the cheque, please!
Area Programming committee must have your registration by 5 pm on December 1, 2017, and your funds as well. If we do not receive your funds by that date, your Unit will be removed from the list. Then we will go to the next Unit on the waitlist.
